The Patrick Heart Institute is offering a cardiovascular screening. Don't miss this opportunity to receive a carotid artery, aorta aneurysm and a peripheral vascular disease screening to help determine your risk for cardiovascular disease, stroke, heart attack and peripheral arterial disease. Fasting is required.
