your submission of this picture without limitation or exception. Submitting this
picture does not prevent you from using the picture yourself and giving others

your picture may be rated or commented on by visitors to this site, and that these
ratings and comments may be negative. Your name, IP address, and the exact

content you submit if we determine in our sole discretion that the content is
unsuitable for distribution and we shall have no liability for rejecting any press

which promotes violence, illegal activities, discrimination based on race, sex,

Tools for Groups: AllOverTheValley.com is not responsible for any uses
of the proceeds by the beneficiary collected by the donations tool used on
AllOverTheValley.com. AllOverTheValley.com also makes no guarantees
regarding the performance or fairness of its payment service, PayPal
Inc. AllOverTheValley.com shall not be liable for interactions with any
organizations and/or individuals found on or through the AllOverTheValley.com
service. By using our service, you agree that AllOverTheValley.com is not
responsible for any damage or loss incurred as a result of any such dealings.
AllOverTheValley.com is under no obligation to become involved in disputes
between group event participants, organizers, and beneficiaries, or between
site members and any third party. In the event of a dispute, you release
AllOverTheValley.com, its officers, employees, agents and successors from all
claims, damages and demands - known or unknown, suspected or unsuspected,
disclosed or undisclosed - arising out of or in any way related to such disputes

to remove a group event or listing from our Web site for any reason.

In order to use the AllOverTheValley.com donations service, an organizer
must register for the service by completing all required information elements
on the service registration web pages; an organizer must use the PayPal
service; organizers agree to provide current, complete and accurate registration
information and payment instrument information, and to update such information
to maintain its accuracy. AllOverTheValley.com may require donation recipients
to provide additional information from time to time as a condition of continued
use of the service, or to assist AllOverTheValley.com in determining whether to
permit organizers to continue to use the service.

WITH RESPECT TO THESE PAGES OR THEIR CONTENTS (INCLUDING
